The Australian Red Cross Blood Service would like to thank you for your prompt and outstanding response to our urgent request to attend the Southbank Principal Site on the 6th 7th and 8th March 2010.

Due to the massive storms that hit Melbourne over the weekend we requested and received prompt action and support from your company. The provision of your plumbers assisted us in minimizing the flood damage and allowed the majority of our operations to return to normal operations by Tuesday 9th March 2010. The plumbing employees which attended the site took effective control of the situation and prevented further stress to the Blood Service staff.

Your expedient response greatly assisted the Blood Service to continue the ability to continue delivering our life giving services and reduced the financial impact of the damage experienced at our Melbourne metropolitan sites.
